Our Level 2: Barre Instructor Training course provides you with an in-depth learning and will help to fine-tune your instructing skills as a barre instructor.

This course builds upon our Level 1 Foundational Training course and is suitable for prospective trainers seeking to level-up their knowledge and ability to lead an amazing barre class. 
 
At the end of the course, you'll have more confidence in designing a well-rounded barre class, cueing and delivering various exercises with proper form, handling modifications and unforeseen situations that can arise while teaching barre, and much more!

Lara Reynolds & Nicole Paradis

Lara and Nicole have been working in the fitness industry for more than two decades. As leaders in the Alberta fitness industry, they partnered to create 2GFitness over 10 years ago, including the 2G-Barre Fitness Method. 

Their passion has evolved over the years and today, much of their focus is on training motivated instructors to create and lead effective and fun fitness classes!

From kickstarting and running their own successful fitness studio and creating a team of mobile personal trainers, to bringing wellness to the corporate workplace and older adult senior facilities throughout Alberta, these ladies are keeping busy and improving the health of thousands of Albertans and Canadians!
