This course is the starting point for prospective trainers seeking to improve their knowledge and foundational training to help others improve their health and fitness through effective barre training strategies.

Lara Reynolds & Nicole Paradis

Lara and Nicole have been working in the fitness industry for more than two decades. As leaders in the Alberta fitness industry, they partnered to create 2GFitness over 10 years ago, including the 2G-Barre Fitness Method. 

Their passion has evolved over the years and today, much of their focus is on training motivated instructors to create and lead effective and fun fitness classes!

From kickstarting and running their own successful fitness studio and creating a team of mobile personal trainers, to bringing wellness to the corporate workplace and older adult senior facilities throughout Alberta, these ladies are keeping busy and improving the health of thousands of Albertans and Canadians!
